Eco Music
Music Project and
Environmental Conservation
We are all constantly exposed to music. These music sounds
have immediate and profound influence on us. Are we aware of its deep influence
on us?
Project Eco uses
three strategies to pass on an educational message of environmental
conservation and music:
- “Green Sounds”—training teachers
and counselors about sound awareness, music, and noise and it influence on
people. The workshop includes building musical instruments from recycled
material.
- “The groovy Junk Yard – a dynamic
and diverse musical show that uses self-made musical instruments made of
recycled material.
- “Musical sculptures” –
Construction of large sculptures that produce sounds that are placed in
public locations. These sculpture locations become meeting and action
centers for music lovers that provide both musical experience and
education about recycling of garbage.
Note: Gil, a professional landscape designer, designs public parks
with an overall musical garden theme.

פרוייקט אקו מיוזיק
פרוייקט אקו מאגד בתוכו מכלול של פעילויות הקשורות למוזיקה ולאיכות הסביבה:
א. מופע "צלילים מחצר הגרוטאות" מופע של מוזיקת עולם, אשר עושה שימוש בכלי נגינה ייחודיים בבניה עצמית מחומרים ממוחזרים ובכוונתו לקרב בני נוער לנושא המוזיקה בצורה מפתיעה וידידותית.
ב. הדרכת נוער ומבוגרים בנושא מודעות לצליל, מוזיקה ורעש והשפעתם עלינו והדרכה בבניית כלי נגינה מחומרים ממוחזרים.
ג. בניית מתקנים גדולים העשויים מחומרים ממוחזרים והמפיקים צלילים כרעיון המהווה בסיס להקמת גן ציבורי חינוכי מוזיקלי אשר יהווה נקודת מפגש לאוהבי המוזיקה ולנגנים
